Me sitting on the steps of the Cork City Hall trying to get an internet connection. This was the only place during my trip where I had trouble doing my daily email check. The internet cafe was set up with a firewall that wouldn't let me enter a password protected area for my webmail. The guy working at the cafe told me that I could pick up the wireless on the steps of the City Hall. I did get online but the connection was too poor for an email check.
